The reception was very friendly and offered us the welcome cup of orange juice, room correct with its rate.
A little bit noisy because near by the main road, not really at the entrance of Petra.

It is ok in terms of money&value.
Old amenities, furniture. Food could be better. Personal have to be trained a little more, we got in situation, when clerk didnt know if breakfast included or not (I knew not), my hubby didnt and when he asked do we have to pay or not, he sad breakfast included. In checking out price show up, my hubby got really confused , manager had to take out the price? I didnt want to fight with my hubby , so we left.

we went to This hotel in Aug. we can honestly say that, despite staying in many hotels, this will always be the one to remember. Amazing room / bathroom / service / restaurants / service &The staff and management bend over backwards to make sure you have an amazing holiday in every way. We enjoyed here alot .

Convenient location! It's right next to the bus station, town center, and Petra itself. Spent one night here and had a meal at the restaurant which was well-priced. 🌟

This place was excellent ,we get a great holiday and was amazed with the service we received from all the staff. From check in till check out they were friendly, helpfull and always smiling.we want to say also wonderful and fantastic hotel excellent location and nice breakfast.
